Some concerns – ideally you want bedrooms and bathrooms accessing main rooms of a hall for privacy.
We will likely make more changes based on feedback and remeasuring.
Option #1
This option moves the bathroom further back. It has some good vibes.
Option #2
This option explores moving the master bedroom of the patio. It also lets us use the large bay window. Obviously the bay window is not draw correctly – I don’t know how to do that in my home design program – the windows size may not work for the bay window. I really like the master having access to back patio and the walk in pantry.
Option #3
We needed to move the kitchen so all the plumbing was on the south side of the house. Still looks nice.
Option #4
Explored another option that allowed us to move the bathroom. Made all the difference. Most affordable blend of the options.
